This Ministry began in March 1997 with the help of the Baptist General Convention of Texas, the Primera Iglesia Bautista of Lockney and the First Baptist Church of Quitaque who were our sponsors.

On August 8th, 1999 we had our service dedicating the church building.

We started with Spanish speaking services but seeing the need in some of our English speaking Hispanics we changed to bilingual services.
